A SPECIAL gift from the Japanese Government brought festive cheer to Eden Handicap Service Centre Bhd in Penang.
The centre received two new seven-seater MPV vehicles that are customised for users with disabilities for transporting our intellectually challenged persons to our sheltered workshop.
